Austin Hubbard didn't get much time to celebrate his victory at UFC on ESPN+ 16 before being rushed into surgery.
Following his unanimous decision win over Kyle Prepolec on Saturday at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Hubbard had some swelling in his leg that was well beyond the norm.
The irregular swelling was so severe, in fact, that Hubbard was taken to a local hospital where he underwent a procedure to relieve the pain. He revealed the news on social media, along with a post-op photo :
