If President Donald Trump were to pick up a copy of John McCain's new memoir, “The Restless Wave,” he'd see that he doesn't really come up much until the final chapters. But it would be a mistake to think that's the only time McCain is talking about the president.

Republican Sen. John McCain rips into President Donald Trump in his new book, "The Restless Wave," accusing him of not caring about Russian election interference while questioning his character and decisions.
"I'm not sure what to make of President Trump's convictions," McCain wrote. "The appearance of toughness or a reality show facsimile of toughness seems to matter more than any of our values."
