Former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, were poisoned by a chemical agent known as Novichok, and U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May says Russia's involvement is “highly likely.”
Both victims remain in critical condition after the attack in Salisbury on March 4.
