The African Union responded to President Donald Trump's description of African nations as "shithole countries."
"The African Union Mission wishes to express its infuriation, disappointment and outrage over the unfortunate comment made by Mr. Donald Trump," the union said.
Trump seemed to deny making the remark, but multiple senators from both parties that were in the meeting either confirmed or did not dispute it.
