White House aide Peter Navarro said the 'Lord and Founding Fathers created executive orders' so Trump can push orders over 'partisan bickering'

In an interview with NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday , White House trade adviser Peter Navarro criticized congressional Democrats for debates over new coronavirus aid.
One day after President Donald Trump signed four executive orders to bypass gridlock in Congress, Navarro told NBC that the "Lord and Founding Fathers created executive orders because of partisan bickering and divided government."
Navarro also claimed there is a "theory that the Democrats would prefer to see the economy go into the tank for another 90 days because that harms the president."
