Hurricane Florence floodwaters may be receding, but it's still causing rivers to rise in some areas of southeastern North Carolina.
The Cape Fear River is expected to reach record levels on Monday - and may get even higher on Monday night, thanks to the full moon.
The Black, Lumber, Neuse, and Trent rivers also continue to rise, flooding nine counties, according to officials.
Parts of Interstates 95 and 40 remain closed.
Hurricane Florence 's rains are gone, but its flooding remains.
The storm killed at least 43 people, and dropped feet of rain on parts of the Carolinas.

In North Carolina, a woman faces criminal charges after taking in animals during Hurricane Florence. She has been charged with practicing veterinary medicine without a license while the pets were in her care.
Tammie Hedges, who runs Crazys Claws N Paws , a Goldsboro, N.C., animal rescue group, took in 27 cats and dogs belonging to residents who were fleeing the storm.
“The goal was to make sure that they were not out there drowning,” Hedges told WNCN , a local television station.

BLADENBORO, N.C. - The Latest on the aftermath of Hurricane Florence : Noon At least three of North Carolina's wild horse herds on the Outer Banks have survived Hurricane Florence, but caretakers are still trying to account for one herd living on a hard-hit barrier island. As floodwaters recede after Hurricane Florence and residents take stock of the damage, fire crews are dealing with a new challenge - disposing of thousands of dead fish left stranded on sections of roadway.
