LANSING, Mich. - The Latest on a settlement between Michigan State University and victims of sports doctor Larry Nassar : 4:20 p.m. Larry Nassar's victims will receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at this year's ESPYS. The ESPN awards show honors the past year's best athletes and moments in sports. Alison Overholt, an ESPN vice president, says the women and girls who spoke out about how Nassar sexually abused them have shown "what it truly means to speak truth to power."

Michigan State University announced that it's reached a settlement with the 332 women and girls who say they were sexually assaulted by sports doctor Larry Nassar, NBC News reports .
Nassar treated campus athletes and young gymnasts at his Michigan State office and also worked for USA Gymnastics. Olympic gold medalists McKayla Maroney, Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman, and Jordan Wieber have all said they were assaulted by Nassar.
