MOSCOW - Russia's Foreign Ministry summoned the British ambassador to Russia on Saturday in a deepening geopolitical dispute over a nerve agent attack on a former spy in Britain.
Russia is expected to announce the expulsion of British diplomats and possibly other measures in a retaliatory move.
