NEW YORK - The latest on developments in financial markets :
9:35 a.m.
Stocks are little changed in early trading on Wall Street, a day after the market set its latest record high.
Technology companies and banks fell more than the rest of the market early Wednesday.
Apple fell 1.1 per cent in the first few minutes of trading, a day after announcing its latest lineup of iPhones. Northern Trust fell 2.9 per cent.
The Standard & Poor's 500 index fell 2 points, or 0.1 per cent, to 2,494.
The Dow Jones industrial average was little changed at 22,118. The Nasdaq composite fell 13 points, or 0.2...

Centene Will Buy Fidelis Care for $3.75 Billion to Enter New York State

Publicly-traded health insurer Centene announced late Tuesday that it would buy privately-held Fidelis Care for $3.75 billion.
The deal allows Centene to enter New York State, the second largest managed care state in the U.S., and expand its government-sponsored healthcare coverage. Fidelis Care serves more than 1.6 million members and totaled $4.8 billion in revenue for the first six months of 2017. Together, the companies serve almost 14 million people.
