Albany County: Two more deaths at St. Peter's nursing home

ALBANY - County officials learned that two residents who recently passed had not been on their list of COVID-19 victims.
The two people who died were both residents of St. Peter's Nursing Home. One of them died July 28, the other died July 31, County Executive Dan McCoy said. The county's death toll stands at 126.

WASHINGTON - The Trump administration's plan to provide every nursing home with a fast COVID-19 testing machine comes with an asterisk: The government won't supply enough test kits to check staff and residents beyond an initial couple of rounds.
