Blake Shelton is this year's Sexiest Man Alive, and he's as confused as we are

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - there is no questioning that.
So when People crowned country singer and Voice judge Blake Shelton as the annual Sexiest Man Alive on Tuesday, sure, it was a little odd; Shelton has never been particularly notable for his looks in the way of, say, a Channing Tatum or an Idris Elba. But to each his own, right?
It does, however, pose one particular question: is People running out of people? (Which, by the way, is exactly what Shelton said when asked what went through his mind when he heard the news, so it's not just us.)
